Qualcomm and other contributors are developing a new, open source version of Eudora which is currently in early beta test. Older versions of Eudora are still available for download, though we no longer sell registration codes or provide technical support.
Play your music for new mail and filters
Choose files from your downloaded music to use as the alert for new mail and filters. Get there via Tools > Options > Getting Attention! To add your music to Filters, go to Tools > Filters > Action > Playsound.Recent Mail

DVD Shrink is a software application that allows you to backup your DVD disks.You can use this software in conjunction with DVD burning software of your choice, to make a backup copy of any DVD video disk.
DVD Shrink does not burn DVDs! The output from DVD Shrink is saved as files on your hard drive, which you can then burn to a DVD-R using separate burning software, such as the software provided with your DVD-R drive.
Why Use DVD Shrink :
Most DVD titles are designed to prevent you from making copies.
The first preventative measure is encryption. Most DVD titles are encrypted, which prevents you from either copying them to your hard drive, or if you manage to do so, being able to play the resulting files. DVD Shrink overcomes this problem with built-in decryption algorithms.
The next problem is not so easy. Most DVD video titles are simply too large to fit, without modification, onto a single recordable DVD-R disk. DVD Shrink overcomes this problem by modifying or "shrinking" the data from your original DVD.
DVD Shrink provides two ways of shrinking your DVD disk. These are re-authoring and re-encoding. You can use one, or the other, or for maximum "shrinkage", both combined.

What is eMule?At dawn of May 13th 2002 a guy called Merkur was dissatisfied with the original eDonkey2000 client and was convinced he could do better. So he did. He gathered other developers around him, and eMule Project was born. Their aim was to put the client back on track where eDonkey had been famous before, adding tons of new features and a nice GUI. They couldnt imagine what impact this decision would have...
As of today, eMule is one of the biggest and most reliable peer-to-peer file sharing clients around the world. Thanks to its open source policy many developers are able to contribute to the project, making the network more efficient with each release.
What does eMule mean?The name eMule comes from an animal called Mule which is somehow similar to a donkey ;)
How often is eMule updated?eMule is not updated regularly, but at the moment the frequencies are between 1 and 3 months. Dont take this for guaranteed. :)

For video previewing, we recommend the Video Lan Client.* The eMule features webservices and a webserver that allows you to have quick access to and from the internet.* You can create categories for your download to organize them.* To find the file you want, eMule offers a wide range of search possibilities which include: Servers (Local, and Global), web based (Jigle, and Filedonkey), and Kad (Still in Alpha).* eMule also allows you to use very complex Boolean searches that make the searches much more flexible.* With the messaging and friend system, you can send messages to other Clients and add them as friends.
